Spicy Cod Natto Spaghetti

Natto 50g/1.76oz
Natto Tare To Taste
Spaghetti 100g/3.53oz
Mentaiko(Spicy Cod Roe) 20g/1⅓ tbsp
Butter(or Margarine) 20g/1⅓ tbsp
Green Onion To Taste
Nori To Taste
Cheese To Taste
Egg 1

【How to - Spicy Cod Natto Spaghetti】

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook spaghetti. (Read spaghetti box for cooking instructions)

  2. Finely cut green onions and run under cold water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)

  3. Peel the mentaiko, and add with natto tare, melted butter(or margarine), to natto and mix well.

  4. Toss the mixture from step 3 with spaghetti.

  5. Plate the spaghetti mixture from 4, crack an egg(we recommend Onsen Egg[How to make Onsen Egg]), top with green onions, cheese(*2), and nori.
