Mentaiko(Spicy Cod Roe) | 20g/1⅓ tbsp |
Green Onion | To Taste |
【How to - Spicy Cod Roe Natto Rice Bowl】
Finely cut green onions and run under cold water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)
Peel the mentaiko.
Add natto tare to natto and mix well
If rice is steaming hot, let stand for 5 minutes to cool to 50℃/122℉.
Top rice with mentaiko, natto, and green onion.
Take a picture. (Optional)
Eat that rice bowl.
