Natto 50g/1.76oz
Natto Tare To Taste
Rice 150g/5.29oz
Mentaiko(Spicy Cod Roe) 20g/1⅓ tbsp
Green Onion To Taste

【How to - Spicy Cod Roe Natto Rice Bowl】

  1. Finely cut green onions and run under cold water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)

  2. Peel the mentaiko.

  3. Add natto tare to natto and mix well

  4. If rice is steaming hot, let stand for 5 minutes to cool to 50℃/122℉.

  5. Top rice with mentaiko, natto, and green onion.

  6. Take a picture. (Optional)

  7. Eat that rice bowl.
