Okra Natto
Ingredients (1- 2 people)
Natto | 50g/1.76oz |
Natto Tare | To Taste |
Okra | 4-5 pieces |
Salt | 1 tspn |
【How to - Okra Natto】
Wash the okra and lightly kneed/rub salt into it.
Blanch the okra.
2a. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2b. Boil the okra for 2 minutes.
2c. Quickly remove the okra from boiling water and soak them in an ice bath.
Cut okra to desirable bite-size chunks.
Add okra, and natto tare to natto and mix well.
Take a picture. (Optional)
