Natto | 50g/1.76oz |
Natto Tare | To Taste |
Rice | 150g/5.29oz |
Kimchi | 30g/1.06oz |
Green Onion | To Taste |
Sesame | To Taste |
【How to - Kimchi Natto Rice Bowl】
Finely chop green onions and run under cold water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)
Add natto tare to natto and mix well.
If rice is steaming hot, let stand for 5 minutes to cool to 50℃/122℉.
Top rice with natto, kimchi, green onions, and sesame.
☆If kimchi is low sodium kimchi, more can be added!
