Grated Daikon Natto Soba

Ingredients (1 person)

Natto 50g/1.76oz
Natto Tare(1) To Taste
Daikon 100g/3.53oz
Soba 1 bunch(100g/3.53oz)
Green Onion To Taste
Water 50mL/¼cup
Natto Tare(2) 50mL/¼cup

【How to - Grated Daikon Natto Soba】

  1. Finely chop green onions and run under water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)

  2. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the soba. (read soba package for cooking instructions)

  3. Once soba is al dente, run under cold water to cool the soba.

  4. Grate daikon. (*2)

  5. Add natto tare(1) to natto and mix well.

  6. Mix water and natto tare(2) and pour over soba.

  7. Top soba with daikon, green onion, and natto.

  8. Take a picture. (Optional)

  9. Eat that soba.
