Enoki Natto Rice Bowl

Natto | 50g/1.76oz |
Natto Tare | To Taste |
Rice | 150g/5.29oz |
Green Onion | To Taste |
Enoki | 1 bag(200g/7.05oz) |
Dashi | 3 tbspn |
Soy Saucce | 1 tbspn |
Mirin | 1 tbspn |
【How to - Prepare Enoki】
Remove the base of the enoki, and cut the rest into 2cm(¾") size.
In a small pot add the cut enoki, dashi, soy sauce, and mirin, and turn the heat to medium.
Once the mixture starts to boil, set the heat to low and cook until the enoki softens(about 4-5 minutes.) Stir frequently to avoid burning.

Finely chop green onions and run under water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)
Add natto tare and the prepared enoki to natto and mix well.
If rice is steaming hot, let stand for 5 minutes to cool to 50℃/122℉.
Top rice with the natto mixture, and green onion.
Take a picture. (Optional)
Eat that rice bowl.
