Avocado Natto Rice Bowl

Natto 50g/1.76oz
Avocado 1/2
Natto Tare To Taste
Rice 150g/5.29oz
Green Onion To Taste
Nori To Taste
Shiso To Taste

【How to - Avocado Natto Rice Bowl 】

  1. Finely chop green onions and run under water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)

  2. Cut avocado into bite size pieces.

  3. Add natto tare to natto and mix well.

  4. If rice is steaming hot, let stand for 5 minutes to cool to 50℃/122℉.

  5. Top rice with green onions, avocado, natto, nori and shiso.

  6. Take a picture. (Optional)

  7. Eat that rice bowl.
